Alliance Engineering Awarded Detailed Engineering for Two Compressor Stations for Texas Gas Transmission, LLC

Oil and Gas Project: Alliance Engineering (“Alliance”), a subsidiary of international energy services company John Wood Group PLC (“Wood Group”), has been awarded a contract from Texas Gas Transmission, LLC (“Texas Gas”), a subsidiary of Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP, to provide the engineering and design for the construction of two compressor stations. The stations will serve two expansion pipelines transporting gas from the Fayetteville Shale area in Arkansas.
One station will be constructed at Bald Knob, near Russell, Arkansas, to serve the 165-mile, 36-inch Fayetteville lateral. The second station will be constructed at Isola, Mississippi, serving the 95-mile, 36-inch Greenville lateral. Both Texas Gas laterals are expected to be in service during the first quarter of 2009.
