Amec Foster Wheeler joins the European association for nuclear safety bodies

Amec Foster Wheeler’s position as a leader in nuclear regulatory support has been confirmed by its successful application to become the only UK-based member of the European Technical Safety Organisation Network (ETSON).
This honour recognises the company’s successful delivery of high quality, independent support to the UK regulatory community over many decades.
Greg Willetts, Vice President of Amec Foster Wheeler’s Clean Energy business, said:

Amec Foster Wheeler’s independent Regulatory Support Directorate team joins other independent Technical Safety Organisations from 10 countries in Europe along with associated members from across the world.
ETSON is dedicated to developing and promoting best practices in nuclear safety assessment, contributing to the harmonisation of nuclear safety practices and fostering dialogue with nuclear safety authorities across Europe.
