Africa Hydrocarbons updates status of Bouhajla Farmout Agreement

CALGARY, June 4, 2020 /CNW/ – Africa Hydrocarbons Inc. (the “Company”) (TSXV: NFK) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Watutatu Inc. (the “Farmee”) and DualEx Energy International Inc. (“DualEx”) have agreed to extend the date by which the Farmee is to provide the second installment of US$5,250,000 due to DualEx under the Bouhajla Farmout Agreement dated November 2, 2020. This extension has been granted to June 15, 2020 to allow the Company sufficient time to complete its previously announced short form prospectus equity financing.
