Sierra Wireless and Wavecom Merger Announced

Sierra Wireless, Inc., provider of wireless modems for mobile computing, and Wavecom S.A., provider of embedded wireless technology for M2M (machine-to-machine) communication, announced that the companies have reached a Memorandum of Understanding providing for a business combination.
