Formosa Plastics plans $15 billion project in Vietnam

Taiwans Formosa Plastics plans to invest up to $15 billion in a large scale petrochemical complex in central Vietnam, a state-run newspaper reported on Monday. The project has won approval from the government, the Vietnam Investment Review reported.
