Kevin Forbes went on to say: “Now candidates don’t have to be constantly searching for jobs. By marking their status as available they will automatically be matched to positions posted by recruiters. Your Oil and Gas News has had exclusive access to the site and was immensely impressed by the features on offer. Recruiters can in effect use the site as their own database and candidate management system. All candidates associated with a job can be easily viewed under that position. Candidates can then be short listed, marked as favourites or deleted from the job. An option is available to add private notes to candidate’s profiles which can be viewed any time in the future.
While candidates can still apply for positions, just hitting the match button after uploading a job gave us a whole list of available candidates who met our requirements. We were able to scroll through a simple but detailed preview of each candidate before accessing their full profile if they looked a good match. We were even presented with candidate’s certificates and references to allow further advanced screening.
