RDS, the engineering division of international drilling contractor KCA DEUTAG, has been awarded the contract for the Clair Ridge drilling facilities design by BP (who operates on behalf of Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Hess and Shell). The design team was mobilised and commenced work in early June.
