Soltoro Reports 80 to 82% Silver Recovery on Soledad at El Rayo Primary Silver Project in Mexico

Soltoro Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SOL) has received positive metallurgical test results from samples from the Soledad structure at its 100% owned El Rayo primary silver project in Jalisco, Mexico. The east-west trending Soledad structure represents a new and significant mineralised silver zone unknown at the time of the last NI 43-101 resource estimate. Riva Announces Exploration and Drill Results for its Honey Camp Property

Riva Gold Corporation (TSX-V: RIV) (“Riva” or “the Company”) announces results from its mapping, trenching and diamond drill program on its Honey Camp Property.  Three historical vein systems, the Rainbow, Alma and Camp veins,  located within a 2.4 kilometre by 0.9 kilometre area on the Honey Camp Property (the “Area”), were tested by mapping and trenching followed by 16 diamond drill holes totalling 2,886 metres (of which two holes were abandoned due to poor ground conditions). Two additional historical vein systems within the Area, the Brian & Brenda and Sobers Hills veins, were examined by mapping and trenching. Romarco to advance Haile Gold Mine project while completing environmental impact statement

ROMARCO MINERALS INC. (TSX: R) (the “Company”) reports that the US Army Corps of Engineers (“USACE”) has today requested the Company complete an Environmental Impact Statement (“EIS”) for impacts to a portion of the low-functioning and impaired wetlands and streams onsite. The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. (NYSE: MHP), today announced that Platts, a division of McGraw-Hill and a leading global provider of energy, petrochemicals and metals information, has signed an agreement to acquire the Steel Business Briefing Group (the SBB Group), a privately held U.K. company and leading provider of news, pricing and analytics to the global steel market.  The SBB Group provides subscription-based, electronic products to the steel industry and its participants through two principal businesses, Steel Business Briefing (SBB) and The Steel Index (TSI).  Financial terms were not disclosed.  The transaction is expected to close onJuly 1 subject to customary closing conditions.
